fuck me what a hassle to get this up..forgot info etc...nasty smeelly bitch sittin next to me here at public place....stinks like nicotine...gross as hell..black chick of course dirty thing...october 1...2010...benched again today felt ok upped by jacked..wow...135x6, 155x3, 185x2, 195x3,200x3,200x2, 135x5...2 sets...excellent form finally this shit out..yeah for me..also did some concentration curls for shits and giggles...4 sets....thata BOUT ALL THERE..DID TREADMILL TOO FOR 20 MINUTOS....WILL SQUAT SOON NEED TO DEADLIFT TOO...rest tomorrow for sure...nice....weather is getting better .....
